General Conditions
We don’t generally find we need to enforce our T&Cs; people are generally brilliant.
In case of doubt it must be clear that while you are operating with us, no matter what your role, you agree to:
- Arrive in good time, in the right location, with the right equipment and paperwork, including tickets and vehicle passes for all in your party.
- Park vehicles only where agreed, and move vehicles to storage location by deadlines.
- Remain civil at all times.
- Fulfill your agreed role fully and to the best of your abilities.
- Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while fulfilling your agreed role.
- Abide by the T&C’s of any event we have linked you with, and if needs be you, your party and your vehicles may be searched should security deem it necessary.
- Be aware of the needs and safety of others at the event, avoiding action or behaviour which may cause distress or concern to others.
- Act at all times in a manner that supports the event’s aims and objectives.
Cancellation policy
If an event is postponed or cancelled, or if we need to cancel our involvement with an event, we will endeavour to return all funds (except admin fees). In some cases this may not be possible but please rest assured that fairness and integrity are of the utmost importance to this organisation.
If you cancel your attendance or fail to arrive or fulfill your duties then all or part of any fee you have paid may be forfeit. If your failure to arrive causes costs to this organisation or others you will be liable for these costs at our discretion.
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing or email. If you think you might not be able to fulfill / attend please let us know as a matter of urgency.
- At least 8 weeks prior to event; booking fee plus up to £50 costs including any part as yet unpaid.
- At least 4 weeks prior to event; booking fee plus up to £150 costs including any part as yet unpaid.
- Less than 4 weeks prior to event; the entire fee is forfeit, including any part as yet unpaid.
Cancellations due to COVID will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
