Moonshine Catering
Great food served to you by friendly crew, from a purpose built 20ft long unit. We can offer a range of menus, or you can tell us what you need for your event. The mobile unit has been designed with flexibility in mind and aimed at good quality plated food. It’s main function is to supply good quality crew food or catering (i.e. weddings and parties).
Large double fridge & 3 door under counter prep fridge. 6 ring cooker with large oven. 2 gas water heaters. Comes with prep room, wash-up, racking and storage, plus the option of additional fridges, chest freezers or 12ft walk in fridge room.
Menus
We work to a range of needs. Often organic and GF. The unit is designed more as a mobile kitchen than as a catering unit, so it can cater to most location requirements. The unit is not designed with hot dogs, chips or pancakes in mind, being more about good plated food. We have a good team, and chefs that have a variety of specialities; let us know what you want and if it’s what we offer we will be have a chat with you about the options.
